How translation sharing works

Holder’s standard text — button labels, form wording, the standard email templates — is written in English and translated into other languages by AI. Practitioners who speak those languages often improve these translations.

Where someone corrects Holder’s standard wording without changing what it says, we may use their correction as the new default for that language, so the platform’s translations get better for everyone. Before that happens, we check the wording contains nothing specific to any practice, and shared translations are never linked to anyone’s account.

Anything you write yourself — your own email copy, your descriptions, your voice — is yours alone and is never shared. You can turn sharing off in Settings at any time.
