Cookie Policy

The short version: Holder doesn't use cookies to track you.

Last updated 24 July 2026

No tracking cookies

We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we use no tracking pixels or cross-site tracking of any kind. The only measurement we use is a cookieless, aggregated count of page views — no cookies, nothing stored on your device, and no profile of you. Because of that, Holder shows no cookie banner and asks for no consent: there is nothing to consent to.

Essential cookies only

The only cookies we set are those strictly necessary to keep you securely signed in and to operate the service you have asked for — for example, your session and security cookies. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and the equivalent EU rules, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested are exempt from consent, so no banner is required for them.

These cookies do only what is necessary to run the service. They are not used to profile you, or to track you across other sites.

For your clients

Your Holder booking pages don’t set tracking cookies on the people who visit them. If your only client-facing pages are your Holder booking pages, that’s one compliance task fewer — there is nothing on our side that needs a consent banner. Where a page includes a third-party step you have chosen to add (for example, an external payment or video step), that third party’s own cookie rules may apply, and we’ll point those out where we can.

If this ever changes

If we ever introduce a feature that sets a cookie requiring consent, we will update this policy and show a proper consent banner, and obtain your consent, before any such cookie is set.

Governing law

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and is governed by the law of England and Wales. For how we handle personal data more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
