Switching from Tito to Holder

Tito exports one event at a time, with no account-wide option, and marketing opt-in is a beta feature you have to request — most accounts won't have any consent data to bring across at all.

What comes with you

• History: yes, per event.

Export from Tito

1. Open each event, then Attendees
2. Click the settings icon, then Export, and choose CSV (UTF-8)
3. Repeat for every event — there's no account-wide export

Import to Holder

• Upload each event's CSV. Date and phone formats are normalised on import
• Read the column mapping check before anything is written
• If your account has the marketing opt-in beta feature enabled, filter the export down to the people who said yes, upload that as its own file, and tick the box confirming they agreed to marketing when you import it. Most accounts won't have this column at all
• Duplicates are flagged side by side

What Holder rebuilds rather than imports

• Booking pages, session types, availability, packs
• Event listings, rebuilt as sessions
• Under an hour, by hand

What doesn't come with you

• Marketing consent, for almost everyone. Decide who you actually have permission to email
• Event page design. No export exists. Rebuild deliberately
• Payments. These stay with your payment processor
• Zoom. No integration transfers. In Holder you paste your own link on a session, one session at a time

The last step

• Repoint your booking link everywhere it appears
• Take a test booking as a client and check the confirmation lands
• Keep Tito running until the last event on it has happened

Deep history imports are a paid one-off service, not part of a trial or a plan. If you want one, send us your export before you start a trial: we'll quote you for it, and tell you honestly what will and won't come with you either way.
