Switching from Ticket Tailor to Holder

Ticket Tailor's Orders export covers your whole history in one file, and it carries marketing consent only where you built your own opt-in question into checkout — there's no built-in consent field otherwise.

What comes with you

• People: yes, from the Orders export.
• Consent: only if you added an opt-in question. Ticket Tailor has no built-in marketing-consent field. If you added your own "opt in to marketing" buyer question at checkout, that answer comes across as a normal column.
• History: yes, one row per ticket or per order, whichever report you choose.

Export from Ticket Tailor

1. Go to Orders. Leave it on all events, and set the date range and status
2. Click Actions > Export
3. Choose the Line item report for one row per ticket, or the Overview report for one row per order. Tick the fields you want, including your buyer questions
4. Click Download report

Import to Holder

• Upload the CSV as it downloaded. Date and phone formats are normalised on import
• Read the column mapping check before anything is written
• For consent: if you added your own opt-in question, filter the export down to the people who said yes, upload that as its own file, and tick the box confirming they agreed to marketing when you import it
• Duplicates are flagged side by side

What Holder rebuilds rather than imports

• Booking pages, session types, availability, packs
• Event listings, rebuilt as sessions
• Under an hour, by hand

What doesn't come with you

• Marketing consent, unless you built your own opt-in question
• Payments and payouts. These stay with your payment processor
• Event page design. No export exists. Rebuild deliberately
• Zoom. No integration transfers. In Holder you paste your own link on a session, one session at a time

The last step

• Repoint your booking link everywhere it appears
• Take a test booking as a client and check the confirmation lands
• Keep Ticket Tailor running until the last event on it has happened

Deep history imports are a paid one-off service, not part of a trial or a plan. If you want one, send us your export before you start a trial: we'll quote you for it, and tell you honestly what will and won't come with you either way.
