Switching from OfferingTree to Holder

OfferingTree's Contacts Report is a proper export with a real consent column, as long as you use the right download — the quick Contact List button quietly stops at 100 people.

What comes with you

• Clients: yes. Name, email, phone and your tags.
• Consent status: yes, in principle — the Contacts Report includes a newsletter subscription status column. See the import step below for how to turn that into consent Holder will actually act on.
• History: not in the standard export. OfferingTree doesn't offer a combined bookings report. Contact their support if you need one for your records.

Export from OfferingTree

1. Go to Reports > Contacts Report. Don't use the Contact List download, which stops at 100 people
2. Clear the filters, choose CSV. It's emailed to you

You get name, email, phone, tags and newsletter subscription status.

Import to Holder

• Upload the CSV as it downloaded. Date and phone formats are normalised on import
• Read the column mapping check before anything is written
• For consent: filter the export down to the people whose newsletter subscription status says yes, upload that as its own file, and tick the box confirming they agreed to marketing when you import it. Holder doesn't read consent out of a column automatically — this is what makes it count
• Duplicates are flagged side by side

What Holder rebuilds rather than imports

• Booking pages, session types, availability, packs
• Class and workshop listings
• Under an hour, by hand

What doesn't come with you

• Website pages and content. These stay with OfferingTree. Rebuild what matters
• Payments and memberships. Handle these separately with your payment processor
• Zoom. No integration transfers. In Holder you paste your own link on a session, one session at a time

The last step

• Repoint the booking link: website, bio, email signature, anywhere it appears
• Take a test booking as a client and check the confirmation lands
• Keep OfferingTree live until the last booking made in it has happened

Deep history imports are a paid one-off service, not part of a trial or a plan. If you want one, send us your export before you start a trial: we'll quote you for it, and tell you honestly what will and won't come with you either way.
